Periodically, the Library has set up cultural weeks to introduce its services. It has also held a book fair with the participation of the Arab Publishing House and the Cairo Distribution Center at Al-Razi and Al-Nisheishiba campuses in the University of Gezira , also held a book fair at the Hall of the Primary Health Care Center at Al-Razi campus in 2011.The Library has printed and published its indexes and databases in form of printed indexes of books and university transcripts (abstracts), The Library Secretariat issued semi-annual Newsletter Library in 2006, which deals with new additions and library news. The first edition was published in June 2006 (new volume).
